More specifically, the KMP are the following:
While the Non-Executive Directors are classified as KMP, they oversee governance, and are
not part the management of the Corporation. Remuneration arrangements for Non-Executive
Directors are, therefore, dealt with separately from designated Senior Management who are KMP.
