Ms Seabrook was appointed as Director of the ARTC Board on 1 December 2016.
By agreement with the Board, Ms Seabrook commenced her term at the January 2017
Board meeting. Ms Seabrook attended one People, Policy & Remuneration Committee
as an observer.
