The Board of Directors of the
Australian Rail Track Corporation Ltd
(ARTC) has pleasure in submitting
the Directors’ Report together with
the Financial Report of the Group
(the Group comprises Australian Rail
Track Corporation Ltd, ARTC Services
Company Pty Ltd and the Standard
Gauge Company Pty Ltd) for the
financial year ended 30 June 2016.
This Directors’ Report has been
prepared in accordance with the
requirements of Division 1 of Part
2M.3 of the Corporations Act 2001.
