Upcoming Material Deliveries

Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) will be carrying out rail maintenance and improvement activities within the rail corridor between Moss Vale and Unanderra 31 May to 2 June 2024 as part of a planned possession. A previous notification has been provided to affected residents regarding the possession. The purpose of this detailed notification is to advise of out of hours deliveries at Mount Murray prior to the possession. Given the remoteness of the rail works packages, deliveries need to take place from Mount Murray via rail to our works packages for the possession.

The number of train movements on the network will dictate whether or not the full 4 nights of out of hours works are required below:

• Monday 27th May 18:00 – 05:00 (Tues 28th)
• Tuesday 28th May 18:00 – 05:00 (Wed 29th)
• Wednesday 29th May 18:00 – 05:00 (Thurs 30th)
• Thursday 30th May 18:00 – 05:00 (Fri 31st)

How could this work affect you?

There will be road deliveries with trucks via public roads to Mount Murray during the day during standard work hours. There will be intermittent loading of a road rail vehicle for delivery of materials by rail at night time, which will generate some noise. Light towers may be established for night works in support of works.

The movement of materials and machinery may result in the generation of dust. We will take practical measures to reduce the amount of dust produced by our works where possible.
