Interstate Network: Routine rail maintenance, Sefton to Yass NSW

The Interstate Network will undergo routine maintenance works at various locations between Sefton and Yass NSW as part of a scheduled shutdown. Works will commence Friday 26 November and continue through to Monday 29 November 2021.

Works will include track reconditioning and strengthening, rail replacement, bridge repairs, rail grinding, ballast cleaning, vegetation control, rail corridor tidy-up work and signal maintenance.

There will be some noise, dust and traffic impacts associated with the works. We apologise for any disruption or inconvenience caused and thank the community for its support and patience while these essential works are taking place.
