Under Section 13.1 of the HVAU, ARTC is committed to publishing Network Key Performance Indicators relating to service quality areas such as network performance, system performance, workable alignment, industry consultation, track condition and unit cost. The Network Key Performance Indicators are prescribed at Schedule D of the HVAU.
The Network Key Performance Indicators are published quarterly by ARTC (with the exception of unit cost related Network Key Performance Indicators). Unit cost related Network Key Performance Indicators are published annually, once the ACCC has completed its Compliance assessment for the relevant year.
